Conductor: copper, single wire, circular, with the diameter: 0,40; 0,50; 0,64; 0.70 mm.
Insulation: of polyethylene.

Twisting: two insulated conductors are pair twisted by unidirectional twisting, pairs are twisted in bundles of five pairs or a core of a five pair cable with unidirectional twisting around the central string which is made of water blocking material, the elementary beams are twisted in a core. The elementary beams have the distinctive coloring of the fastening threads.

Belt insulation consists of:

  • tapes from water blocking material, over which the control conductor of soft copper or tinned copper wire with insulation made of porous polyethylene is laid;
  • PET tape;
  • tapes of water blocking material.

Screen: aluminum polyethylene tape imposed by winding or longitudinally with an overlap, there is a copper tinned contact wire laid longitudinally under the screen.
Sheath: halogen-free polymer composition.

Armoring (for TVBPBbPng(A) – LS): superimposed helically with a gap with two steel galvanized tapes.

Jacket (for TVBPBbPng(A) – LS): polyvinyl chloride compound of low fire hazard/

The cables are intended for operation in local primary communication networks with rated voltage of remote power up to 225 and 145 V AC, frequency of 50 Hz or voltage up to 315 and 200 V DC respectively, as well as for installation in ducts of cable systems, in tunnels, collectors, in mines, in construction of underground, internal walls of buildings, including high-rise mixed-use buildings or inside of buildings, including for use outside the hermetical systems in nuclear power plants of classes 3 and 4 according to the classification OPB-88/97 NP-001-97 (PNAEG -01-011-97).
The cables are manufactured in climatic design B, category of location 4 according to GOST 15150 – 69.

Cable of mark TVBVng(A) – LS is designed for group laying in domestic electrical installations , and in buildings and closed cable constructions, taking into account the volume of combustible load in conditions of absence of mechanical stress.
Cable of mark TVBVBbShvng(A) – LS is designed for group laying in domestic electrical installations, and in buildings and closed cable constructions,, taking into account the volume of combustible load in conditions when the mechanical stress takes place.

Fire hazard class according to GOST is 31565-2012 – P 1b.8.2.2.2

Nominal voltage of direct current: 200 and 315 V.

Ambient temperature at the operation of the cable oC: from minus 30 degrees to plus 50 degrees Celsius.

Minimum bending radius, diameters of cable: for non-armored cable – 10, for armored – 12

The cables are laid at temperature (without preheat): not lower than minus 10 degrees Celsius
