SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The cables are designed for fixed connection to electrical devices and equipment, to assemblies of clamps of electrical switch gear with the nominal alternating voltage up to 660V of frequency up to 100 Hz or direct voltage up to 1000V, for group installation with taking into account the volume of combustible load of the cables in the fire protection systems and other systems that must remain operational in case of fire within 180 minutes.

The screened cables are used when it is necessary to protect the electrical circuits from the influence of external electric fields.

The cables are manufactured for general industrial use and use in nuclear power stations (NPP) outside the hermetical unit in the system as class 2 according to the classification ОПБ 88/97 (ПНАЭ Г-01-11)

The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 П1б.1.2.2.2.

STRUCTURE

Conductor

Copper, single-wire, of the 1 class according to GOST 22483, with the cross-section from 0.75 to 6 mm2.

Thermal barrier

The lapping with two mica tapes.

Insulation

PVC-compound of low fire hazard.

Core arrangement

Number of conductors from 4 to 61.

The insulated conductors are twisted in the cable core, the conductors are color-coded, which provide the identification of each core during installation.

Color-coded is solid or in the form of longitudinal strips of a width not less than 1mm.

Inner sheath

For cables of types KVVGЕng(A)-FRLS –PVC-compound of low fire hazard.

Screen

For cables of types KVVGЕng(A)-FRLS is made in the form of taping with copper wire or copper foil.

Over sheath

PVC-compound of low fire hazard.
