SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary electric installations on alternating voltage 0,66 and 1 kV and frequency 50 Hz.

The cables are used for group installation in cable lines in cable constructions, open-air electrical installations (cable overpasses, arcades).

While manufacturing the cables one uses the materials, which allow the cables to be resistant to low temperatures up to – 600C (degrees below zero) are used.

The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 П1б.8.2.5.4.

STRUCTURE

Conductor

Aluminum core of circular of sector-shaped form, of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483.

Insulation

XLPE (color coded conductor).

Core arrangement and twisting

Insulated conductors of multi-core cables are twisted. It is allowed to manufacture cables with SZ-stranding.

Inner sheath

PVC-compound or PVC-compound of low flammability is manufactured with the extrusion with filling of exterior gaps between insolated conductors (for cables with nominal cross-section to 16 mm2 inclusive the inner sheath may be without any filling.

Screen

For cables of types APvVGEng (A)KhL is made of copper tapes or copper wires and a spiral taping with a copper tape.

Taping

It is allowed to lay a separation layer of fiberglass on top of the screen. It is possible to lay water-blocking tape instead of the above one, that is stipulated in the order, in this case letter ‘’F’’ is entered in the designation of the cable.
