КПБбПнг(А)-HF (KPBbPng(A)-HF)

SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The cables are designed for fixed connection to electrical devices and equipment, to assemblies of clamps of electrical switch gear with the nominal alternating voltage 660V of frequency 100 Hz or direct voltage up to 1000V.

The cables are used at group installation of cable lines of power and control circuits. The cables are designed for large thermal power stations, petrochemical objects, in the subway, in buildings and structures with mass stay of people, concert halls and indoor stadiums, theatres, airports and railway stations; in premises, equipped with computer and microprocessor appliances and other objects which have increased requirements for fire safety.

The armored cables are used in case of danger of mechanic damage in process of operation, if the cables are not exposed to significant tensile force.

The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 of cables of modification "ng(A)-HF"- П1б.8.1.2.1.

STRUCTURE

Conductor

Copper, single-wire, of the 1 class according to GOST 22483, with the cross-section from 0.75 to 6 mm².

Insulation

Halogen-free polymer composition.

Core arrangement

From 4 to 127 insulated conductors.

The insulated conductors are twisted; there is a marker pair in each layer. It is allowed digital and color coded marking of the conductors.

Cable armoring

For cables of types KPBbPng(A)-HF is laid helically with two steel, galvanized tapes.

Over sheath or jacket

Halogen-free polymer composition.
