SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric power at the stationary installation on the nominal alternating voltage of frequency 50 Hz for main conductors 6 kV and for auxiliary conductor to 0.38 kV. The cables are used for group installation taking into account the volume of the fire load of the cables, in domestic electrical installations, as well as in buildings, structures and enclosed cable structures, for installation in the horizontal and inclined openings of the coal and shale mines, for chains of emergency power and power equipment (susceptors), operating at a fire.

The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 П1б.1.2.2.2.

STRUCTURE

Main conductor

Copper , single-wire or multi-wire, of circular or sector-shaped form, of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483 with the cross-section from 25 to 240mm2.

Auxiliary conductor

Copper, single-wire, of circular form, of the 1 class according to GOST 22483, with the cross-section from 6 to 10 mm2.

Earth conductor

Copper, single-wire or multi-wire core, of circular form, of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483 with the cross-section from 10 to 70mm2.

For cables with the main conductors of sector-shaped form and it can consist of three separated conductors, meanwhile the cross-section of each conductor makes one third of the total cross-section of the earth conductor

Thermal barrier

Taping with two mica tapes.

Insulation

PVC-compound of low fire hazard and it is color coded.

Screen

Is made by taping with the tape of conductive, non-woven fabric and of copper tapes over the insulation of main conductors.

Core arrangement

Screened conductors of 3-core cables, auxiliary conductor and earth conductor are twisted in a cable core.

Inner sheath

It is made by extrusion with PVC-compound of low fire hazard with the filling of outer gaps between conductors.

Cable armoring

Is lapped helically with two steel, galvanized tapes.

Jacket

PVC-compound of low fire hazard.

For cables of mark KVEBShv(u)ng(A)-FRLS forced protective hose is used.
