SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric power in electrical networks on the alternating voltage of 1kV and frequency 50 Hz.

The cables are designed for use in systems of nuclear power stations of classes 2 and 3 according to classification of ОПБ 88/97 (ПНАЭ Г-01-011).

The climate modification B, the category of location 5, according to GOST 15150-69

The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 П1Б.8.1.2.1.

STRUCTURE

Conductor

Copper, single-wire or multi-wire core, of circular or sector-shaped form, of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483.

Insulation

XLPE (color coded conductor).

Core arrangement

Insulated conductors of multi-wire cables are twisted in a cable core.

Inner sheath

It’s made with the filling of exterior gaps between the conductors of halogen-free polymer composition.

Lapping

For cables with the conductors of cross-section 50mm2 and more is made of one fiber glass tape.

Cable sheath

It’s made of halogen-free polymer composition.
