SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary electric installations, for installation in cable structures, buildings and underground structures, including flammable and explosive areas.

The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565-2012 П1б.8.2.2.2.

STRUCTURE

Conductor

Copper, multi-wire of the 1st or 2nd classes according to GOST 22483-2012, of cross section from 35 to 240 mm2

Insulation

Cross-linked, halogen free, polymer composition.

Core arrangement.

Insulated conductors are twisted in a cable core.

The cables have got distinctive markings of insulated cores.

Inner sheath

It is made by extrusion with filling with the halogen free polymer compositions.

Screen

It is made by taping with the tape of conductive nonwoven fabric or copper tapes and copper wires and copper tapes.

Separating layer

Taping with a tape of nonwoven fabric.

Bedding

For cables of types PvBShvng(A)-LS the bedding is made of halogen free polymer composition.

Cable armoring

It is laid helically with two steel, galvanized tapes.

It is possible to lay the PET-tapes by winding or longitudinally over the armor.

Cable sheath or jacket

PVC-compound of low fire hazard.
