SCOPE AND PURPOSE
The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric power in stationary electrical installations on the nominal alternating voltage to 0.66 and 1kV and frequency 50 Hz.
The cables are used for group installation of cable power supply lines of electrical equipment of safety systems, of the wiring circuits of the systems of fire safety( power of pumps of fire suppression. Illuminations of emergency exits and escape routes, smoke removal systems and ventilation, evacuation lifts), of the wiring in the surgical departments of hospitals, of the wiring circuits of emergency power supply of the equipment (current collectors), functioning in case of fire.
The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 П1б.1.2.2.2.
STRUCTURE
Conductor
Copper, single-wire or multi-wire core, of circular or sector-shaped form, of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483.
Thermal barrier for CCC (current-carrying conductor) (for "FE-180" and "FE-240")
The lapping with two mica tapes with overlapping.
Insulation
PVC-compound of low fire hazard.
Core arrangement and twisting
Insulated conductors of 2, 3, 4 and 5 core cables are twisted in a cable core.
Inner sheath
PVC-compound of low fire hazard.
Thermal barrier
(For "FE-240") is made of lapping with mica tapes.
Cable armoring
For cables of types VBShvng(A)-FRLS is laid helically with two steel, galvanized tapes.
Cable sheath or jacket
