SCOPE AND PURPOSE
The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric power in stationary electric installations on alternating voltage 0,66 and 1kV and frequency 50 Hz, including for operation at systems of nuclear, power stations of class 3H according to classification ОПБ- 88/97 (ПНАЭ Г-01-011).The cables of type PPGЕng(A)-HF is used in case of danger of mechanical damages.
Cables are recommended, especially for use at nuclear power stations, large thermal power stations, petrochemical objects, in the subway, on ships; buildings with mass stay of people: concert halls and indoor stadiums, theatres, airports and railway stations; in premises, equipped with computer and microprocessor appliances and other objects which are increased requirements for fire safety.
The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 П1Б.8.1.2.1.
STRUCTURE
Conductor
Copper, single-wire or multi-wire core , of circular or sector-shaped form, of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483, with the cross-section from 1.5 to 1000mm2
Insulation
For cables of types PPGЕng(A)-HF is made of halogen-free polymer composition.
Core arrangement
Insulated conductors of 2, 3, 4 and 5 core cables twisted in cable core.
Inner sheath
It’s extruded, superimposed over twisted insulated conductors with the filling of exterior gaps between the conductors of halogen-free polymer composition.
Screen
For cables of types PPGEng(A)-HF the screen is made of copper foil, copper tapes or copper wires and a spiral taping with a copper tape.
Cable sheath or jacket
It’s made of halogen-free polymer composition.
