SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric energy and electric signals in power circuits and control circuits for rated alternating voltage of 0,66 kV or 1 kV with a rated frequency up to 100 Hz or for direct voltage of 1 kV or 1,5 kV for non-stationary installation.

The cables are used at group installation on category A considering the volume of flammable load in fire protection systems, including those which maintain operability in fire conditions, where the high level of electrical safety is required, and also mechanical stretching effects on cables are possible.

The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 П1б.1.2.2.2

STRUCTURE

Conductor

Copper, multi-wire of the 2 or 3 class (multi-wire round), or multi-wire of the 4 or 5 class (multi-wire flexible) according to GOST 22483

Thermal barrier

The lapping with two mica tapes.

Insulation

PVC-compound of reduced fire hazard (color coded or number coded conductor)

Core arrangement (Except for cables of flat modification)

Insulated conductors of different colors or number coded, twisted in a cable core

Inner sheath (if available)

PVC-compound of reduced fire hazard

Screen (if available)

Braiding made of copper wires (modification “E”) or tinned copper wires (modification “El”) or winding of aluminum-polymer tape with a contact conductor made of tinned copper wire (modification “Ef”)

Separation layer (if available)

 PVC-compound of low fire hazard

Over sheath or jacket (for armored cables)

PVC-compound of reduced fire hazard
