SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The cables are designed for operation in local primary communication networks with rated voltages up to 225 and 145 V AC with a frequency of 50 Hz or voltage up to 315 and 200 V DC correspondingly, and also for laying in cable ducts, in tunnels, collectors, in mines, in structures of subway, on the inner walls of buildings including high-altitude, multifunctional buildings or inside of buildings, including for operation outside of the hermetic zone in NPP systems of сlasses 3 and 4 according to classification НП- 001 20 15.

The cables are manufactured in climatic modification B, the cable location category is 4 according to GOST 15150–69.

The cable of type TVBVng(A)LS is designed for group installation in internal electrical installations, as well as in buildings and closed cable structures, taking into account the volume of combustible load, in the absence of mechanical influences.

STRUCTURE

Current-carrying conductor

Copper, single-wire, round, with the diameters: 0.40, 0.50, 0.64, 0.70 mm.

Core arrangement

Two insulated wires are twisted into a pair by unidirectional twisting, the pairs are twisted into elementary, five-pair bundles or the core of a five-pair cable by unidirectional twisting around the central string of waterblocking material, the elementary bundles are twisted into the core. Elementary bundles have a distinctive coloring of fastening threads.

Belt insulation

On the surface of the twisted core of the cables, an insulation consisting of a waterproof material should be applied spirally with overlapping; PET tape; tapes made of waterblocking material. A control wire made of
copper wire with insulation made of porous polyethylene is laid in the belt insulation.

Screen

A copper tin-plated contact wire is laid under the screen longitudinally, the screen of aluminum tape is superimposed by winding or longitudinally with overlapping.

Over sheath

PVC compound of low fire hazard.

Cable armoring

It is laid helically with two steel, galvanized tapes.
