Conductor
Copper or aluminum core, circular or sector-shaped form, of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483.
Insulation
XLPE (color coded conductor).
Core arrangement and twisting
Insulated conductors of multi-wire conductors twisted in cable core. It is allowed to manufacture cables with SZ-stranding.
In cables of types PvVG-P-KhL, APvVG-P-KhL conductors are situated in parallel in one flat.
Inner sheath
PVC-compound, it is made by extrusion with filling of exterior gaps between insulated cores (for non armored and non screened cables and without SZ-stranding it is allowed manufacturing without any filling).
Screen
For cables of types PvVGE-KhL, APvVGE-KhL is made of copper tapes or copper wires and spiral taping with copper tape.
Taping
It is allowed to lay a separation layer of fiberglass on top of the screen in the cables with the isolation of XLPE. It is possible to lay water-blocking tape instead of the above one, that is stipulated in the order, in this case letter ‘’g’’ is entered in the designation of the cable.
Cable armoring
In cables of types PvBShv-KhL, APvBShv-KhL cable armor is laid with two steel, galvanized tapes.
In cables of types PvKShv-KhL, APvKShv-KhL cable armor is laid with steel, galvanized wires.
In cables of types PvBaShv-KhL, APvBaShv-KhL cable armor is laid with two aluminum tapes.
In cables of types PvKaShv-KhL, APvKaShv-KhL cable armor is laid with aluminum wires.
Cable sheath or jacket
PVC-compound.
The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary installations on alternating voltage 0,66 and 1kV, frequency 50 Hz
The cables are used for single installation in cable constructions, open-air electrical installations (cable overpasses, arcades).
The cables armored with steel, galvanized wires or wires of aluminum or aluminum alloy are designed for laying on the route, where the tensile forces during exploration are possible, including for installation in seismically active areas, in conditions of permafrost and areas, subjected to offset soil, in bulk and dry soils.
While manufacturing the cables one use the materials, which allow the cables to be resistant to low temperatures up to – 600C (degrees below zero) are used.
The class of fire hazard of the cables is according to GOST 31565 01.8.2.5.4.
