Conductor
Copper or aluminum core, single-wire or multiwire, circular or sector-shaped form of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483.
Nominal cross-section of main conductors
From 1,5 to 1000 Insulation XLPE (color coded conductor).
Core arrangement and twisting
Insulated conductors of 2, 3, 4 and 5 core cables twisted in a cable core.
For the cables of types PvVG-P, APvVG-P insulated cores are situated in parallel in the same flat.
Inner sheath
It is made by extrusion with PVC filling of exterior gaps between insulated cores or ( for not armored cables with copper sector-shaped conductors) taped with PVC tapes with the filling of exterior gaps between insulated cores, insulating cords (bundles).
For the cables of types PvBShp, APvBShp is made by extrusion with PVC compound or XLPE.
Screen
For PvVGE, APvVGE is made in the form of taping with the copper tapes or by the agreement with a customer of copper wires and helically superimposed copper tape.
Cable armoring
For PvBShv, APvBShv, PvBShp, APvBShp is made by spiral taping with two steel galvanized tapes.
Cable sheath or jacket
For PvVG, APvVG, PvVGE, APvVGE, PvBShv, APvBShv, PvVG, APvVG - PVC compound.
For PvBShp, APvBShp of polyethylene.
The cables are designed for electric power transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary installations for a nominal alternating voltage 0,66; 1 and 3 kV, 50 Hz
The cables are designed for installation of single cable lines.
The cables of types PvBShv, APvBShv in single-core modification are designed for operation in DC voltage network.
The class of fire hazard of the cables is according to GOST 31565 01.8.2.5.4.
