Conductor

Copper or aluminum core, single-wire or multiwire, circular or sector-shaped form of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483.

Insulation

PVC- compound (color coded conductor).

Stranding

Insulated conductors of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 core cables twisted with water blocking materials.

Inner sheath

It is made by extrusion with filling of exterior gaps between insulated cores or for not armored cables with copper sector-shaped conductors with taping with PVC tapes with the filling of exterior gaps between insulated cores, insulating cords (bundles).

Screen

VVGEg-KhL, AVVGEg-KhL of copper tapes or copper wires and a copper tape. Cable armoring VBShVg-KhL, AVBShVg-KhL Two steel galvanized tapes are superimposed spirally.

Separation layer

VVGEg-KhL, AVVGEg-KhL, VBShVg-KhL, AVBShVg-KhL Water blocking tapes are superimposed by winding.

Cable sheath or jacket

PVC-compound.

The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary installations on a nominal alternating voltage 0,66 and 1kV, nominal frequency 50 Hz or direct voltage 1 and 1.5 kV respectively.

The cables are used for single installation of cable lines in cable constructions, open-air electrical installations (cable overpasses, arcades).

Cables VBShVg-KhL, AVBShVg-KhL are also used for laying in the ground. While manufacturing the cables we use the materials, which allow the cables to be resistant to low temperatures up to – 600C (degrees below zero) and water blocking materials as well, which allow the cables to be resistant to the longitudinal penetration of moisture and their use in conditions of high humidity.

The class of fire hazard of the cables is according to GOST 31565 01.8.2.5.4.
