Conductor

Copper or aluminum, single-wire or multi-wire core, of circular or sector-shaped form, of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483.

Insulation (color coded conductor).

It’s made of low toxicity PVC-compound of low flammability.

Core arrangement and twisting

Insulated conductors of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 core cables twisted in cable core.

For cables of types VVG-Png(A)-LSTx and AVVG-Png(A)-LSTx – 2 or 3 conductors are situated in parallel in one flat.

The cables with the letter ‘F’ are twisted with the water blocking elements.

Inner sheath

It’s made of low toxicity PVC-compound of low flammability

Screen

For cables of types VBShvng(A)-LSTx) and AVBShvng(A)-LSTx the screen is made of copper tapes or copper wires and a spiral taping with a copper tape.

Cable armoring

For cables of types VBShvng(A)-LSTx and AVBShvng(A)-LSTx is laid helically with two steel, galvanized tapes.

Cable sheath or jacket

It’s made of low toxicity PVC-compound of low flammability.

The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric power in stationary electric installations on alternating voltage 0,66 and 1kV and frequency 50 Hz.

The cables are used in group installations; they do not spread combustion on category A.

The cables are designed for use in cable structures and premises, including residential and public buildings, in buildings of children’s preschool educational institutions, specialized homes for the elderly and persons with disabilities, hospitals, buildings of educational establishments of boarding schools and children’s institutions, hotels, dormitories, the dormitories sanatoriums and vacation houses of general type, motels, resorts and spectacular clubs, sports facilities, buildings of the organization for the maintenance of the population, of subways.

The cables of types VBShvng(A)-LSTx, AVBShvng(A)-LSTx are used in case of danger of mechanical damages and they are designed for laying in the ground. For manufacturing of the cables water blocking materials are permitted. They allow the cables to be resistant to longitudinal water penetration and operation of the cables in wet conditions.

In that case letter is found in the designation of the cable. F.e. VVGEgng(A)-LSLTx.

The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565-2012 П1б.8.2.2.2.
