ВВГЭнг(А)-LS (VVGEng(A)-LS)– Russian analogue of NYCY, NYCWY Flame Retardant Low Smoke
SCOPE AND PURPOSE
The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary electric installations on alternating voltage 0,66; 1 and 3 kV and frequency 50 Hz or correspondingly direct voltage 1; 1.5 and 4.5 kV
The cables are manufactured for general industrial application ant nuclear power stations. The cables do not spread combustion in group laying.
The cables are designed for use in cable structures and premises, including the objects where nuclear energy is used in the AC systems of classes 3 and 4 according to classification ОПБ-88 (ПНАЭ Г–01-011- 97).
The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 П1б.8.2.2.2.
STRUCTURE
Conductor
Copper , single-wire or multi-wire core, of circular or sector-shaped form, of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483.
Insulation
PVC-compound of low flammability (color coded conductor).
Core arrangement
Insulated conductors of 2, 3, 4 and 5 core cables twisted in cable core.
Inner sheath
PVC-compound of low flammability, it is made with the filling of outer gaps between conductors.
Screen
Copper tapes or copper wires and helicon taping with a copper tape.
Cable sheath
PVC-compound of low fire hazard
