ПвВнг(А)-FRLS – (PvVng(A)-FRLS) – Russian analogue of N2XY Fire Resistance Low Smoke FE180 MICA
SCOPE AND PURPOSE
The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric power in networks on the nominal alternating voltage 1kV and frequency 50 Hz.
The cables are used for fixed installation of cable inside and outside of hermetic area of nuclear power stations. The cables are designed for use in the systems of nuclear power stations of class 2 and 3 according to classification of ОПБ 88/97 (ПНАЭ Г-01-011).
The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 for cables П1б.1.2.2.2.
Fire resistance of the cables should be not less than 180 min (FE180).
STRUCTURE
Conductor
Copper, single-wire or multi-wire core, of circular or sector-shaped form, of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483.
Thermal barrier for CCC (current-carrying conductor)
The lapping with two mica tapes.
Insulation
XLPE (color coded conductor).
Core arrangement
Insulated conductors of multi-core cables are twisted in a cable core.
Inner sheath
PVC-compound of low fire hazard.
Lapping
For cables with the conductors of cross-section 50 mm2 and more is made of one fiber glass tape or mica tape.
Over sheath
It is made by filling of outer gaps between the insulated conductors with PVC-compound of low fire hazard.
