КППГЭнг(А)-FRHF - (KPPGЕng(A)-FRHF) - Russian analogue of NHXCH FE180/E90 MICA
SCOPE AND PURPOSE
The cables are designed for fixed connection to electrical devices and equipment, to assemblies of clamps of electrical switch gear with the nominal alternating voltage up to 660V of frequency up to 100 Hz for group installation with taking into account the volume of combustible load of the cables in the fire protection systems and other systems that must remain capacity for work case of fire within 180 minutes.
The screened cables are used when it is necessary to protect the electrical circuits from the influence of external electric fields.
The cables are manufactured for use at nuclear power stations (NPP) outside the containment area in systems of NPP of class 2 according to classification OPB 88/97 (PNAE G-01-011) as well as at large thermal power stations, petrochemical objects, in the subway, in buildings and structures with mass stay of people, concert halls and indoor stadiums, theatres, airports and railway stations; in premises, equipped with computer and microprocessor appliances and other objects which have increased requirements for fire safety.
The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 П1б.1.1.2.1.
STRUCTURE
Conductor
Copper, single-wire, of the 1 class according to GOST 22483, with the cross-section from 1.0 to 6 mm2.
Thermal barrier
The lapping with mica tapes.
Insulation
Halogen free polymer composition.
Core arrangement
Number of conductors from 4 to 52.
The insulated conductors are twisted in the cable core, the conductors are color-coded, which provide the identification of each core during installation.
Color-coded is solid or in the form of longitudinal strips of a width not less than 1mm.
Inner sheath
Halogen free polymer composition.
Screen
For cables of types KPPGЕng(A)-FRHF is made in the form of taping with copper wires or with copper foil.
