SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary installations, for installation in cable structures, buildings and underground structures, including flammable and explosive areas as well as for the power circuits of the equipment that operates in the fire.

The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565-2012 П1б.1.1.2.1

STRUCTURE

Conductor

Copper, single-wire, of the 1 class according to GOST 22483-2012, with the cross-section from 1.5 to 6 mm2.

Thermal barrier

Mica tape winding.

Insulation

For cables of types KPvBPng(A)- FRHF – cross-linked, halogen free polymer composition.

For cables of types KPBPng(A)- FRHF – thermoplastic, halogen free polymer composition.

Core arrangement

The number of conductors from 4 to 61. The insulated conductors are twisted in a cable core. The cables have a digital and color coded marking of the insulated conductors.

Inner sheath

It is made by halogen free, polymer composition extrusion with the filling.

Cable armoring

It is laid helically with two steel, galvanized tapes.

It is possible to lay the PET-tapes by winding or longitudinally over the armor.

Cable sheath or jacket

Halogen free polymer composition.
