SCOPE AND PURPOSE

The cables are designed for fixed installation of control circuits on the nominal alternating voltage up to 380V of frequency up to 50 Hz or direct voltage up to 500V.

The cables are manufactured for general industrial use and nuclear power plants. The cables do not spread combustion at group installation. The cables are designed for use in cable structures and premises, including for objects which use nuclear power, in the systems of NPP of class 3 and 4 according to classification of  ОПБ-88/97 (ПНАЭ Г – 01-011).

The climate modification B, categories of location 1 - 5 according to GOST 15150-69

The class of fire hazard of the cables according to GOST 31565 П1б.1.2.2.2.

STRUCTURE

Current-carrying conductor

Copper, multi-wire of circular form, of the 4 class according to GOST 22483, with the cross-sections from 0.35 and 0.5 mm2.

Thermal barrier

Taped with two mica tapes.

Insulation

PVC-compound of low fire hazard (color-coded or digital-coded conductor).

Screen

In the form of braiding with copper wires over the insulation of each conductor.

Core arrangement and twisting

Insulated (screened and not screened) conductors are twisted in a cable core in the form of concentric layers.

Winding

Lapping with PET-E films.

Over sheath

PVC-compound of low fire hazard.
